Legendary TV actor and host, Gary Collins, died early this morning in Biloxi, Miss., at the age of 74.
Harrison County Deputy Coroner Brian Switzer told celebrity website TMZ that Collins passed away of natural causes just before 1:00 a.m. at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.
Appearing on hit shows, such as "JAG," "Charlie's Angels," "Fantasy Island" and "The Love Boat," Collins was famous for hosting the talk show "Hour Magazine" from 1980 to 1988. He also hosted the "Miss America Pageant" from 1985 to 1989.
Collins, who split from his wife of 44 years, Mary Ann Mobley, last year, has three children - daughter Mary with Mobley and Guy and Mimi with his previous wife, Susan Peterson.
