SAOIRSE RONAN, JUDE LAW, ADRIEN BRODY, RALPH FIENNES, ED NORTON IN "THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL"! WILLIAM MOSELEY, RUPERT EVERETT IN "OF CORSETS MINE"! CATE BLANCHETT, HUGO WEAVING, MIRANDA OTTO, ROSE BURNE IN "THE TURNING"! CRAZY TRAILER FOR SERBIAN FILM "ABOUT BUGS AND HEROES"

Do you remember that charming fella William Moseley from THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA? He played the oldest of the Pevensie siblings in the saga but he kinda disappeared after that. But he is here again. First he has a gig in the pilot for CW's sf saga SELECTION which is set 300 years in the future and follows a poor girl who is selected in a lottery to be the queen of a war-torn nation. The future of the pilot is not certain (it could be turned into a series in mid-season), but Moseley will also star in an independent World War I drama THE SILENT MOUNTAIN which tells the story of a young couple preparing to get married as Europe descends into World War I. That film also has Italian legend Claudia Cardinale in the cast. But probably the most delightful project of his will be OF CORSETS MINE, which has a rather stunning cast including Derek Jacobi, Rupert Everett and Camilla Belle, Christine Baranski and John Cleese. It is a turn-of-the century cross dressing romantic farce about a womanizing aristocrat forced to disguise himself as a woman in order to save the family's inheritance at the expense of losing the love of his life. It's a sexy, hip, period comedy.

HOLLYWOOD SPY HEADLINES
An ambitious Australian movie project which I mentioned before is gaining new cast members. Titled THE TURNING, it will see seventeen Australian directors helming segments of the omnibus feature based on stories by Tim Winton. TROY's Rose Byrne, and LORD OF THE RINGS duo Hugo Weaving and Miranda Otto are the latest to join the cast which already has another LORD OF THE RINGS duo Cate Blanchett and David Wenham. Cate and David will have their directorial débuts in these stories which will all revolve around turning points in the lives of the people of the Australian coastal town of Angelus. While the segments are separate, there are plot and thematic links between them. Meanwhile, "Variety" reports that Saoirse Ronan is the latest to join the stunning cast of THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL which has already gathered Jude Law, Ralph Fiennes, Bill Murray, Ed Norton, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldbloom... Set in Europe, the film will deal with the guests and employees of the Hungarian hotel. It has been revealed earlier that Fiennes is set to play the hotel's perfectly composed concierge.

ABOUT BUGS AND HEROES
And here's an uber weird trailer for new Serbian fantasy drama ABOUT BUGS AND HEROES directed by Petar Pasic who is hoping to show the film at some of world's biggest film festivals before releasing
it into cinemas. The film has two parallel stories with one featuring CGI bugs that serve as the metaphor of human society. It’s a tale of lonely, broken people and insects who are, both in their own ways, searching for the lost loves of their lives – an introverted Night guard, his demanding father, a delusional Superhero wannabe, and an Orphan child, who spend their time in an abandoned shopping mall. In order to reconstruct his shattered psyche, the amnesiac Superhero sends the orphan out on the streets with a camera, and tells him to film random people. He then edits that footage into narrative films, which, he hopes, will help him remember his past and reunite with his long lost wife and
son. The Night guard who is living an unfulfilled, static life with his father, slowly befriends these characters he is meeting in the mall and falls in love with the beautiful and lonely nurse, who also happens to be the woman the orphan is filming, and which, for some reason, reminds the Superhero of his wife. Meanwhile, none of the humans are aware of
the parallel microcosm of insects inhabiting the walls of the mall. These beings have struggles and dreams of their own, which they try to overcome and fulfill. Suddenly, their seemingly insignificant actions begin to affect the lives of the human characters, until both their destinies become intertwined through a series of events which will
forever change their lives, and, ultimately, even the fate of all mankind. The film was presented to the amazed producers earlier this year at Berlin Film Festival who were stunned by the quality of the production. It is interesting that the film also brings the acting debut of worldwide famous Serbian top model Natasa Vojnovic.
